As CTO, Cleon is responsible for supporting our vision, setting the technology strategy and driving the overall product engineering across the company’s entire portfolio.

Cleon is a skilled technology manager, solution architect and software engineer with over 25 years of enterprise software and cloud experience in healthcare informatics, imaging workflow, and financial and e-commerce IT. He is passionate about solving problems that exist in our healthcare systems and is driven to create enabling technologies that can reduce the overall cost of care while improving the quality for patients.

His ability to connect and facilitate dialogue between health professionals, engineers and IT services placed him at the lead of healthcare projects developing new market opportunities in response to workflow inefficiencies in healthcare processes. These projects regularly involved interaction with many clinical domains, including radiology, cardiology emergency medicine, academic imaging, physician order entry, nursing, and mammography. This broad market and clinical experience gave him a unique perspective on the health informatics space and enabled him to successfully drive the definition of requirements for many successful IT solutions.

Prior to coeus h3c, Cleon has held various positions with Weill Cornell Medicine, Imagen.ai, Siemens Healthineers, Medicalis, Sun Life Insurance and IBM and most recently founding his own successful healthcare IT consulting firm.

At Weill Cornell Medicine he lead a 3+ year collaboration program between the department of radiology and the Medicalis radiology workflow software.  In a management role, he lead cross-functional teams to implement processes, develop software and deploy technology to increase market growth, improve physician outreach and decrease costs through the elimination of inter-department workflow inefficiencies.

At Medicalis he held the position of Product Management Director at Medicalis (now Siemens Healthineers). In that role, he was responsible for developing, managing, and servicing the company’s software-based workflow solutions where he worked with many leading health care organizations including Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Inland Imaging, Northwell Health System, UCLA Hospital, Veterans Administration and of course New York Presbyterian – Weill Cornell.

Cleon has a Bachelor of Mathematics specializing in Computer Science degree from the University of Waterloo, Canada.
